Why I am looking forward to the Mac App Store…

Very few people are willing and able to jump through hoops to register software the old way. With the barrier to purchasing lowered the number of third-party-app-using-Mac users will rise, letting developers charge less and make it up in volume. I’d have gladly charged the impulse-price of $2.99 for Tweetie for Mac if there were a mechanism for impulse-purchases. This is it.

Cubetastic HD: iPad game…

Yesterday doPanic went public with Cubetastic - the first iPad game we designed and developed independently. The game is a clever puzzle-game. It let’s you play around with cubes.

We plan to eventually release to various platform. The first release will target the iPad and will be called Cubetastic HD.

The game is almost ready for release. We are planning to hit the App Store sometime mid-October.

Checkout the official Website or the Facebook page of the game.
